Knowledge.
We’re great believers that the right level of planning before you go somewhere can help make your trip more enjoyable, safer and more rewarding.

Grab a decent guide book and read the first few pages about travel preparation. If you’ve got any questions then feel free to ask your Travel Mentor (they start their instruction before you even get there!) and they’ll more than likely answer your question straight away. If not, they’ll know where to go looking for an answer.
